What you can expect:

You will be assigned to an experienced production manager in production and, after an initial training phase, will be deployed as an assistant to the production manager or for various project activities. In this position, you will gradually learn the various production processes. You will be responsible for machine commissioning, quality issues, ongoing support in the continuous improvement process and for recording work instructions for the respective processes. Various project activities and personnel management tasks are also part of your day-to-day work.



In this position, you will learn all the necessary skills to contribute to the company's success as a junior manager at Admonter.

- Completed technical or wood technology training

- Understanding and interest in the further development of production processes
