This award speaks not only for the exceptionally high quality of the cuisine, but also for the harmonious overall concept of the restaurant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quote from the review:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\"In most restaurants, you look for wines to go with the dishes. At Dveri Pax it's the other way round - here the kitchen creates dishes that match the wines. The dishes show technical skill and the courage to use unusual flavours - not to provoke, but to bring harmony to the plate. The balance that is achieved in the wine cellar is also reflected on the plate.\" (<a
