This was only possible thanks to high investments, numerous preparatory works and the tireless efforts of everyone involved. The ski area is owned by Admont Abbey, which is clearly and unanimously behind the Kaiserau despite these difficult conditions. This is a strong sign of regional responsibility and the importance of the ski area for tourism, local recreation and regional development.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Climate change is \u201enot exactly playing into the hands of the ski industry\u201c, as <strong>Managing Director Mario Brandm\u00fcller emphasises:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201eKaiserau is a ski resort at a lower altitude - that doesn't make it any easier. But we can see that many large and high-altitude winter destinations are also struggling massively. This makes it all the more important that we work together to find solutions and focus on what we can offer: an affordable, clearly laid out and family-friendly ski area.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-half\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>Brandm\u00fcller expressly thanks Admont Abbey for its full support as well as all partners and employees:\u00a0<em>\u201eWithout this backing and without the many new investments and works, this infrastructure would no longer be possible.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Above all <strong>Operations manager Andreas Ysopp<\/strong> does an outstanding job and makes a significant contribution to ensuring that ski operations run smoothly even under difficult conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Another indispensable building block for success is the <strong>Ges\u00e4use Ski School.<\/strong> Many thanks to Werner and Patrick Brugger and the entire ski school team, who have been teaching countless children and guests how to ski with patience, expertise and enthusiasm for years, thus making a decisive contribution to the development of young talent and the attractiveness of the ski area.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--two\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>The <strong>Market town of Admont <\/strong>is clearly behind the ski resort. <strong>Mayor Christian Haider<\/strong> emphasises the social significance:\u00a0<em>\u201eSport, exercise and skiing in particular are an important part of our children's education. Kaiserau makes it possible for children from the community and the entire region to learn winter sports right on our doorstep.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Kaiserau has been a central venue for ski courses and ski days for numerous educational institutions for many years: Admont and Ardning schools and kindergartens as well as many other neighbouring communities regularly use the Kaiserau for their ski courses and community ski days.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, the municipality contributes over 60,000 euros annually to ensure the continued existence of the ski resort. Similar arguments <strong>Fabian Gierer, local councillor and sports committee chairman of the market town of Admont:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u201eKaiserau is the number one ski area in the region for children and families. The clear layout of the area, the safety and the affordability make it unique.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content firepress-section--background firepress-section--background-beige\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-half\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>Finally, we would like to thank all the associations in the region, which make a valuable contribution to children, families and residents of the entire region with their numerous initiatives, events and voluntary work. They all contribute to making the Kaiserau much more than just a ski resort - namely a place of encounter, exercise and regional identity.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Kaiserau impressively demonstrates that it is not always size or metres in altitude that count - but cohesion, commitment and the common will to maintain an offer for future generations even under difficult
