class=\"prose\"><p class=\"paragraph-m\">La invitaci\u00f3n al artista de origen alem\u00e1n y actividad internacional, que se ha trasladado recientemente a Graz, se realiz\u00f3 en el contexto de la exposici\u00f3n \"Ra\u00edces Estirias\" y del programa \"INVITADOS ADMONT\" fundado en 2011. Una selecci\u00f3n representativa de dibujos y pinturas ofrece una visi\u00f3n del trasfondo de las series de obras de Nikola Irmer, que tratan el tema de la naturaleza y las colecciones de historia natural de diversas maneras. Las obras expuestas son pr\u00e9stamos del artista. Muestran fragmentos de colecciones zool\u00f3gicas y sus dep\u00f3sitos. No fueron creadas en Admont, sino que proceden de colaboraciones con otros museos de Oxford, Florencia, Viena, Berl\u00edn, Leiden y otros lugares.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">En el curso de su proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n sobre los museos de historia natural y su relaci\u00f3n con el arte, Nikola Irmer tambi\u00e9n se top\u00f3 con el Museo Admont y las colecciones del Padre Gabriel Strobl. \"El trasfondo de uno de mis proyectos son problemas actuales como la extinci\u00f3n de especies y el equilibrio, en general en peligro, entre la cultura contempor\u00e1nea y la naturaleza\", afirma Nikola Irmer. Le interesan especialmente la historia cultural del coleccionismo y el espacio muse\u00edstico como lugar de memoria y po\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">El proyecto en curso presentado en Admont esta temporada seg\u00fan el principio \"Pars pro Toto\" se expuso en diversos formatos e instituciones. Form\u00f3 parte de la \"Wordly House\" presentada por Tue Greenfort en dOCUMENTA (13). En 2015 se realiz\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n relacionada con las colecciones en Schloss Friedenstein en Gotha. Adem\u00e1s de numerosas participaciones en exposiciones, se han celebrado exposiciones individuales en la Kunsthalle Memmingen (2015) y en cooperaci\u00f3n con el Kunstverein Kreuzlingen y la Universidad de Constanza (2017), entre otras.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Actualmente se est\u00e1 estudiando un futuro proyecto MADE-FOR-ADMONT relacionado con las colecciones propias de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Nikola Irmer naci\u00f3 en 1970 en Starnberg\/Alemania, vive y trabaja en Graz\/Estiria desde 2020; estudi\u00f3 en el San Francisco Art Institute, la Glasgow School of Art y el Hunter College de Nueva York: 2012 participaci\u00f3n en dOCUMENTA (13) en Kassel. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nikolairmer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.nikolairmer.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":0,"parent":5864,"menu_order":3,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-9049","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.4 (Yoast SEO v28.4) -
