Esta es una de las razones por las que Admonter lleva 10 a\u00f1os formando a j\u00f3venes motivados que quieren formar parte de la empresa con pasi\u00f3n y destreza en diversas especialidades interesantes. Lo que mucha gente no sabe es que Admonter ofrece actualmente siete aprendizajes diferentes (carpintero, t\u00e9cnico en madera, t\u00e9cnico en metal, empleado industrial, ...).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">El proyecto conjunto \"Business meets school\" se puso en marcha en el curso 2013\/14 por iniciativa de Sonja Vucsina, directora del instituto Admont en aquel momento, y Erich Berger, miembro del comit\u00e9 de empresa de Admont.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Iniciado como proyecto piloto, el proyecto lleva 10 a\u00f1os funcionando regularmente y es muy popular entre los estudiantes, pero tambi\u00e9n entre los responsables de la empresa y de la escuela.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Silvia Jetz, Directora de MS Admont, y Sabine Stachl, Jefa de Recursos Humanos de Admonter AG, coinciden: \"Nuestra colaboraci\u00f3n ha crecido y se ha intensificado en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os y estamos absolutamente comprometidos a continuar el proyecto durante los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">\"Alrededor de 25 j\u00f3venes han completado su aprendizaje gracias al trabajo del proyecto en Admonter AG, lo que nos enorgullece enormemente y demuestra el valor a\u00f1adido de la colaboraci\u00f3n. Nuestro objetivo es establecer contacto con los j\u00f3venes de la regi\u00f3n en una fase temprana y despertar su inter\u00e9s por un aprendizaje en Admonter\", afirma Sabine Stachl, de Admonter AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Bajo la experta direcci\u00f3n de los formadores de aprendices Roman Zandl y Christian Nistelberger, se fabrican piezas de trabajo como un taburete de madera, tablas de cortar, motores el\u00e9ctricos y mucho m\u00e1s.
