Y ha sido un \u00e9xito: \"Hemos disfrutado de una enorme afluencia de clientes\", dice Matlschweiger, resumiendo los \u00faltimos meses. Ya hay planes para ampliar la oferta culinaria.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El antiguo propietario del \"Hoamat\" ha abandonado Gro\u00dfreifling y ha trasladado sus frescas ideas culinarias al Stiftskeller de Admont. Se ha llevado consigo cl\u00e1sicos del Hoamat como la sopa de queso de Estiria y el strudel casero de reques\u00f3n, \"que se sigue haciendo a mano, como en casa de la abuela\", dice Ulrich Matlschweiger. Si adem\u00e1s se eligen productos regionales, no s\u00f3lo se hace algo bueno por la propia salud, sino que tambi\u00e9n se apoya la econom\u00eda local y se crea as\u00ed cierta independencia de las grandes empresas internacionales\", subraya Matlschweiger su preocupaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chefs famosos como invitados en el Stiftskeller<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una pr\u00f3xima velada tem\u00e1tica tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 un marcado enfoque regional: \"Me gustar\u00eda reunir a los visionarios de la Ges\u00e4use, que ahora est\u00e1n repartidos por toda Austria, y cocinar con ellos para nuestros hu\u00e9spedes en la Stiftskeller\", prev\u00e9 Matlschweiger. Adem\u00e1s de los representantes culinarios de la regi\u00f3n, Matlschweiger tambi\u00e9n invitar\u00e1 a Admont al c\u00e9lebre chef Lukas Nagl, del lago Traunsee. El a\u00f1o pasado fue nombrado mejor cocinero de Austria por Gault &amp; Millau, \"as\u00ed que estoy a\u00fan m\u00e1s encantado de que Lukas Nagl cree un men\u00fa conmigo aqu\u00ed en la Stiftskeller\", dice Matlschweiger al inaugurar el pr\u00f3ximo evento. Una experiencia muy especial para celebrar juntos el Adviento\", dice Matlschweiger. Pronto tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 novedades en el men\u00fa. En los pr\u00f3ximos meses, el apasionado chef quiere dedicarse a seguir desarrollando la cocina tradicional de los monasterios y trabajar en un nuevo libro de cocina de monasterios junto con el historiador Josef Hasitschka.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juntos fuertes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como vicepresidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Turismo de Ges\u00e4use, Ulrich Matlschweiger tambi\u00e9n subraya la importancia de \"una buena cooperaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n\", como \u00e9l dice, porque en \u00faltima instancia \"s\u00f3lo somos fuertes juntos\".
