Bien qu'\u00e9crite il y a 1500 ans, elle nous donne aujourd'hui encore des impulsions essentielles pour la culture de gestion d'entreprise. En 2024, ann\u00e9e du jubil\u00e9, nous prendrons encore plus conscience de l'importance de cette r\u00e8gle religieuse pour la gestion d'entreprise de notre maison, ax\u00e9e sur la valeur. L'abbaye b\u00e9n\u00e9dictine d'Admont est un centre spirituel, culturel et \u00e9conomique depuis 950 ans. Ce n'est pas une \u00e9vidence ! Il y a eu de bonnes et de mauvaises p\u00e9riodes, m\u00eame celles proches de la ruine. Et nous sommes reconnaissants de pouvoir dire aujourd'hui : L'abbaye d'Admont se porte bien. Elle envisage l'avenir avec confiance, m\u00eame en p\u00e9riode de bouleversements et de d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la crise. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">D'un point de vue \u00e9conomique, de quoi s'agit-il aujourd'hui \u00e0 l'abbaye d'Admont ? L'abbaye d'Admont doit exploiter et pr\u00e9server les domaines d'activit\u00e9 les plus divers. Ora, labora et lege. Prie, travaille et lis. Outre la glorification de Dieu dans la pri\u00e8re, la pastorale est la mission fondamentale des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictins d'Admont. La pastorale traditionnelle, dont fait partie la prise en charge des 26 paroisses par les moines, constitue le noyau de cette mission. Une autre mission importante est la pastorale sociale. Elle se manifeste dans le service social, la culture et l'\u00e9ducation, \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s au mus\u00e9e et au lyc\u00e9e. Et enfin, il y a la pastorale moderne. Il agit comme un moteur pour toute une r\u00e9gion et bien au-del\u00e0 de celle-ci. Ces nombreuses t\u00e2ches doivent \u00eatre financ\u00e9es. Et ce, dans l'optique d'une gestion responsable des ressources existantes et des personnes vivant dans et autour du monast\u00e8re. Dans une perspective globale, il s'agit de maintenir l'\u00e9quilibre entre la conscience des co\u00fbts et l'orientation vers le profit, la durabilit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Et que fait l'abbaye d'Admont avec le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice qu'elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique ? Il retourne dans le circuit. Il est r\u00e9investi dans les nombreux domaines et entreprises. Il est investi dans la recherche, le d\u00e9veloppement et l'innovation. Il sert \u00e0 assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du monast\u00e8re et du couvent. Il est utilis\u00e9 avec clairvoyance dans un seul but : pouvoir transmettre l'h\u00e9ritage de tout cela aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.
