Telle est la r\u00e8gle de saint Beno\u00eet qui, outre la pri\u00e8re et l'\u00e9tude des Saintes \u00c9critures, a \u00e9galement mis l'accent sur le travail. Les t\u00e2ches qui en d\u00e9coulent se situent dans de nombreux domaines : L'\u00e9ducation, le social, la culture et l'administration ne sont que quatre exemples des domaines th\u00e9matiques auxquels se consacrent les moines b\u00e9n\u00e9dictins d'Admont. Le p\u00e8re Egon Homann a trouv\u00e9 sa vocation dans la pastorale. Depuis 2002, il s'occupe, en plus de ses cinq paroisses, de la \"Haus der Begegnung\" et du \"M\u00fcnzgrabenheim\" \u00e0 Graz. Il y travaille comme aum\u00f4nier d'\u00e9tudiants. Dans l'interview, le p\u00e8re Egon parle de l'\u00e9volution de la pastorale, de l'engagement social et de l'accompagnement spirituel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'abbaye b\u00e9n\u00e9dictine d'Admont f\u00eatera ses 950 ans d'existence en 2024. Une p\u00e9riode au cours de laquelle non seulement le monast\u00e8re, mais aussi la pastorale ont pu \u00e9voluer ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La pastorale est un domaine qui s'est \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 durant cette p\u00e9riode. Dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et bien apr\u00e8s, les moines n'ont pas quitt\u00e9 le monast\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La pastorale ne pouvait donc se faire qu'entre les murs du monast\u00e8re. Aujourd'hui, nous nous occupons de 26 paroisses, de la Haus der Begegnung et du M\u00fcnzgrabenheim \u00e0 Graz et sommes donc sur place, aupr\u00e8s des gens.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cela fait donc longtemps que la pastorale ne se d\u00e9roule plus uniquement derri\u00e8re les murs d'un monast\u00e8re. Outre la flexibilit\u00e9 locale, y a-t-il aussi des changements au niveau du contenu ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'accompagnement spirituel est devenu plus humain. Tout comme la confession. Autrefois, la compr\u00e9hension du p\u00e9ch\u00e9 \u00e9tait certes diff\u00e9rente et la confession \u00e9tait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une longue \u00e9num\u00e9ration de tout ce qui n'allait pas. Aujourd'hui, les aum\u00f4niers m\u00e8nent des entretiens sur la vie. Nous l'\u00e9clairons sous diff\u00e9rents angles et mettons aussi en valeur ce qui va bien. En quoi consiste cette t\u00e2che ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le monast\u00e8re b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin d'Admont g\u00e8re la Haus der Begegnung \u00e0 Graz, afin que les jeunes puissent faire l'exp\u00e9rience de la spiritualit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9dictine. Je suis sur place pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les offices religieux, proposer des soins pastoraux et des confessions. Les conf\u00e9rences et les excursions communes sont \u00e9galement l'occasion de bonnes discussions. J'assure \u00e9galement cet accompagnement spirituel au M\u00fcnzgrabenheim.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous \u00eates \u00e9galement cur\u00e9 de cinq paroisses. Comment fonctionne la pastorale que vous prodiguez aux habitants de la paroisse ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pastorale dans les paroisses est en pleine mutation. Autrefois, on comptait uniquement sur le cur\u00e9, les religieuses et les assistants pastoraux. Aujourd'hui, chaque membre de la communaut\u00e9 paroissiale est d\u00e9cisif pour que la pastorale fonctionne. Lorsque de nombreuses personnes engag\u00e9es travaillent ensemble, cela ouvre \u00e9galement de toutes nouvelles voies pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes. La Caritas paroissiale en est le meilleur exemple. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles aident les gens dans leur voisinage imm\u00e9diat et peuvent vraiment faire de grandes choses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur engagement b\u00e9n\u00e9vole.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Votre engagement social va \u00e9galement au-del\u00e0 de votre activit\u00e9 professionnelle. Comment aidez-vous b\u00e9n\u00e9volement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Je suis membre de l'Ordre des Chevaliers du Saint-S\u00e9pulcre de J\u00e9rusalem. Nous soutenons nos membres dans leur foi et aidons les chr\u00e9tiens de Terre Sainte \u00e0 trouver des moyens de subsistance. Outre la collecte de dons, nous essayons de mettre en place diff\u00e9rentes actions visant \u00e0 offrir aux chr\u00e9tiens un revenu garanti. Je pense qu'en fin de compte, il y a d'innombrables possibilit\u00e9s de faire le bien, si l'on est pr\u00eat \u00e0 voir plus loin que le bout de son nez et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre la d\u00e9tresse des autres.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-hundred\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p><strong>Les pr\u00eatres ont-ils aussi parfois besoin d'une assistance spirituelle ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oui, bien s\u00fbr. La pastorale des pr\u00eatres est devenue extr\u00eamement importante \u00e0 notre \u00e9poque. En dehors du monast\u00e8re, j'ai rencontr\u00e9 de nombreux pr\u00eatres qui se sentent seuls et qui ont d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de leur minist\u00e8re. Je suis cur\u00e9 depuis plus de trente ans, mais je ne me suis jamais senti seul. Car en tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin, on fait partie d'une communaut\u00e9 qui se soutient mutuellement et qui est toujours l\u00e0 quand on a besoin de quelqu'un \u00e0 qui parler. Il y a de plus en plus de t\u00e2ches qui ne peuvent \u00eatre accomplies qu'en dehors du monast\u00e8re. C'est pourquoi il est bon de savoir qu'il y a un endroit o\u00f9 nous pouvons toujours revenir.
