Une tradition que l'abbaye b\u00e9n\u00e9dictine d'Admont perp\u00e9tue encore aujourd'hui. L'enseignement est dispens\u00e9 selon des m\u00e9thodes modernes et un mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur des valeurs chr\u00e9tiennes. Le moine b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin, le p\u00e8re Johannes Aichinger, est cur\u00e9 et p\u00e9dagogue religieux. Il enseigne depuis pr\u00e8s de 25 ans au Stiftsgymnasium d'Admont. Tout comme le monast\u00e8re b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin lui-m\u00eame, cette \u00e9cole priv\u00e9e catholique a une longue histoire.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-half\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>En 2019, le Stiftsgymnasium a f\u00eat\u00e9 son 375e anniversaire. Sa fondation remonte au 17e si\u00e8cle. \"Une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le besoin d'\u00e9ducation \u00e9tait devenu plus important\", explique le P\u00e8re Johannes. Pour le moine b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin, il est \u00e9vident que c'est justement l'abbaye d'Admont qui a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette demande : \"On y enseigne depuis la fondation du monast\u00e8re en 1074. Car \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque, l'\u00e9ducation n'\u00e9tait pas un bien commun. Seuls les moines et les nonnes qui \u00e9tudiaient les Saintes Ecritures savaient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lire et \u00e9crire. Ils transmettaient leur savoir dans des \u00e9coles monastiques\".\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Une tradition que les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictins d'Admont perp\u00e9tuent encore aujourd'hui. En 1644, l'ancienne \u00e9cole de latin est devenue un lyc\u00e9e abbatial. Au fil du temps, l'\u00e9tablissement d'enseignement a \u00e9t\u00e9 constamment agrandi, tant au niveau des locaux que du contenu. Enfin, on veut toujours garder \u00e0 l'esprit \"l'aspect de l'innovation\", comme le souligne le p\u00e8re Johannes. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le monast\u00e8re a investi 6,5 millions d'euros dans le Stiftsgymnasium. Le r\u00e9sultat : un b\u00e2timent scolaire moderne et baign\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re, \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie. Et l'approche p\u00e9dagogique suit \u00e9galement un mod\u00e8le moderne : apprendre \u00e0 vivre, attention, confiance et respect, chercher Dieu, communaut\u00e9. \"Ce sont les cinq principes selon lesquels nous essayons d'organiser le quotidien de l'\u00e9cole\", comme le dit le p\u00e8re Johannes. Dans ses cours, c'est le principe de corr\u00e9lation qui est mis en \u0153uvre, explique le p\u00e9dagogue religieux : \"Il est important pour moi d'\u00e9tablir une relation entre le message de l'\u00c9glise et la vie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves\". Une m\u00e9thode d'enseignement de la religion catholique selon laquelle une foi chr\u00e9tienne vivante ne se base pas uniquement sur la simple assimilation de l'enseignement religieux, mais doit \u00eatre exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e individuellement. C'est pourquoi les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du Stiftsgymnasium d'Admont ne sont pas seulement encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 apprendre les principes de la foi chr\u00e9tienne, mais aussi \u00e0 les remettre en question de mani\u00e8re critique. \"Il est important de tenir compte de l'origine grecque du mot \"critique\" : (unter) scheiden. Le gymnase \u00e0 dominante linguistique commence d\u00e8s la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e avec le latin ou l'italien. En cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, il est possible de choisir entre le fran\u00e7ais et le latin. Au Realgymnasium, l'accent est mis sur le dessin g\u00e9om\u00e9trique, les exercices de sciences naturelles au premier cycle et l'informatique et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie descriptive au second cycle. S'y ajoutent, de la 5e \u00e0 la 8e ann\u00e9e, des unit\u00e9s de laboratoire en biologie, chimie et physique. On est aussi particuli\u00e8rement fier du Realgymnasium artistique, qui comprend aussi bien l'enseignement d'un instrument que le chant choral et l'enseignement approfondi de la musique et de la th\u00e9orie musicale. Les temps forts annuels : le concert annuel de l'orchestre swing et la repr\u00e9sentation d'une com\u00e9die musicale pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pendant des mois. \"Nous voulons prendre en compte les id\u00e9es des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et leur donner la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour s'attaquer \u00e0 des projets comme celui-ci et les mettre en \u0153uvre\", explique le p\u00e8re Johannes.<\/p>\n<p>Une confiance qui ne produit pas seulement des fruits musicaux. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements caritatifs, comme la course de charit\u00e9 pour soutenir le projet scolaire roumain \"Zukunft f\u00fcr Menschen am Rande\", le centre de protection de l'enfance de Liezen et l'aide \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e scolaire du Lions Club Anasia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-hundred\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p><strong>R\u00e9seau international <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien que le Stiftsgymnasium Admont soit une \u00e9cole priv\u00e9e catholique, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d'autres confessions sont \u00e9galement les bienvenus. Ceux qui n'appartiennent \u00e0 aucune communaut\u00e9 religieuse sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les cours de religion catholique. L'\u00e9change international est \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9 au Stiftsgymnasium d'Admont. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui souhaitent approfondir leurs connaissances linguistiques et acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences ont la possibilit\u00e9 d'effectuer un s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. \"En tant que Stiftsgymnasium, nous avons des contacts avec de nombreuses \u00e9coles catholiques dans d'autres pays, ce qui donne toujours lieu \u00e0 des \u00e9changes d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves\", explique le p\u00e8re Johannes. Ainsi, il arrive souvent que des jeunes du lyc\u00e9e se rendent dans une \u00e9cole b\u00e9n\u00e9dictine en Angleterre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Port\u00e9 par Dieu \u00e0 travers la vie <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En pr\u00e8s de 25 ans d'enseignement, le p\u00e8re Johannes a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu accompagner de nombreux jeunes un peu plus loin sur leur chemin de vie. Que veut-il leur transmettre pour la vie ? \"Par mon enseignement religieux, je souhaite donner aux jeunes une base de d\u00e9cision claire pour la foi catholique et une image sympathique de l'\u00c9glise. J'esp\u00e8re qu'\u00e0 travers les exp\u00e9riences qu'ils ont faites au Stiftsgymnasium d'Admont, ils pourront sentir que la foi en Dieu peut les porter tout au long de la
