C'est la raison pour laquelle Admonter forme depuis 10 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 des jeunes gens motiv\u00e9s, qui veulent faire partie de l'entreprise avec passion et habilet\u00e9, dans diff\u00e9rentes sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes. Ce que beaucoup de gens ne savent pas, c'est qu'il existe actuellement sept m\u00e9tiers diff\u00e9rents chez Admonter (menuisier\/\u00e8re, technicien\/ne du bois, technicien\/ne du m\u00e9tal, agent commercial industriel, ...).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">C'est au cours de l'ann\u00e9e scolaire 2013\/14 que le projet commun \"L'\u00e9conomie rencontre l'\u00e9cole\" a vu le jour, \u00e0 l'initiative de Sonja Vucsina, directrice du coll\u00e8ge d'Admont \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque, et d'Erich Berger, membre du comit\u00e9 d'entreprise d'Admont.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Lanc\u00e9 en tant que projet pilote, le projet est maintenant men\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement depuis 10 ans et jouit d'une grande popularit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, mais aussi aupr\u00e8s des responsables de l'entreprise et de l'\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Silvia Jetz, directrice de la MS Admont, et Sabine Stachl, directrice des ressources humaines d'Admonter AG, sont unanimes : \"Notre collaboration s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et intensifi\u00e9e au cours des 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et nous sommes absolument d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 poursuivre le projet au cours des 10 prochaines ann\u00e9es\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">\"Environ 25 jeunes ont termin\u00e9 leur apprentissage gr\u00e2ce au travail de projet chez Admonter AG, nous en sommes extr\u00eamement fiers et cela montre la valeur ajout\u00e9e de la collaboration. Notre objectif est d'\u00e9tablir tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t le contact avec les jeunes de la r\u00e9gion et de susciter l'envie de faire un apprentissage chez Admonter\", estime Sabine Stachl d'Admonter AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Sous la direction experte des formateurs d'apprentis Roman Zandl et Christian Nistelberger, des pi\u00e8ces telles qu'un tabouret en bois, des planches \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, des moteurs \u00e9lectriques et bien d'autres sont fabriqu\u00e9es. En m\u00eame temps, les jeunes font la connaissance des apprentis actuels et peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 discuter intensivement avec eux de l'apprentissage chez Admonter AG. \u00c0 la prochaine
