Et le succ\u00e8s est au rendez-vous : \"Nous avons pu nous r\u00e9jouir d'un \u00e9norme afflux de clients\", r\u00e9sume Matlschweiger au sujet des derniers mois. Des projets d'extension de l'offre culinaire sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le g\u00e9rant de longue date de \"Hoamat\" a pli\u00e9 bagage \u00e0 Gro\u00dfreifling et s'est install\u00e9 avec ses id\u00e9es culinaires fra\u00eeches dans le Stiftskeller \u00e0 Admont. Il a emport\u00e9 avec lui des classiques de la Hoamat comme la soupe au fromage Steirerk\u00e4ss et le strudel au topfen fait maison, \"qui est encore tir\u00e9 \u00e0 la main, comme \u00e0 la maison de grand-m\u00e8re\", explique Ulrich Matlschweiger. L'importance que le g\u00e9rant de la cave abbatiale accorde \u00e0 la nourriture fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et aux aliments r\u00e9gionaux se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans l'\u00e9largissement prochain de l'offre culinaire : d\u00e8s la saison du mus\u00e9e l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, les produits r\u00e9gionaux ne seront plus seulement propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation au restaurant, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'emporter dans la nouvelle boutique de produits fermiers. Par la suite, une boutique en ligne est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue, ce qui \"nous permettra d'exp\u00e9dier les marchandises et de faire conna\u00eetre le Ges\u00e4use dans le monde entier\", pr\u00e9vient Matlschweiger.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>La cuisine fait \u00e9cole<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin de familiariser les enfants avec les produits r\u00e9gionaux et une alimentation saine, Matlschweiger se rend r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans des \u00e9coles. Il a ainsi d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des plats d\u00e9licieux \u00e0 base d'aliments locaux \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole polytechnique de Rottenmann et dans les coll\u00e8ges d'Admont et de Wei\u00dfenbach pr\u00e8s de Saint-Gall. Son message : \"L'importance d'une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e pour le corps. Si l'on choisit en plus des produits r\u00e9gionaux, on ne fait pas seulement du bien \u00e0 sa propre sant\u00e9, mais on soutient aussi l'\u00e9conomie locale et on cr\u00e9e ainsi une certaine ind\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des grands groupes internationaux\", souligne Matlschweiger.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des chefs c\u00e9l\u00e8bres invit\u00e9s au Stiftskeller<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une soir\u00e9e \u00e0 th\u00e8me aura \u00e9galement un lien fort avec la r\u00e9gion : \"J'aimerais r\u00e9unir les visionnaires du Ges\u00e4use, qui sont aujourd'hui dispers\u00e9s dans toute l'Autriche, et cuisiner avec eux pour nos h\u00f4tes au Stiftskeller\", pr\u00e9vient Matlschweiger. Outre les repr\u00e9sentants culinaires de la r\u00e9gion, Matlschweiger invitera \u00e9galement le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre chef Lukas Nagl du Traunsee \u00e0 Admont. L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu meilleur cuisinier d'Autriche par Gault &amp; Millau, \"je suis d'autant plus heureux que Lukas Nagl vienne cr\u00e9er un menu avec moi ici au Stiftskeller\", d\u00e9clare Matlschweiger en ouvrant l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 venir. Lukas Nagl ne sera toutefois que l'un des nombreux repr\u00e9sentants c\u00e9l\u00e8bres attendus au Stiftskeller. Gregor \u0160agi, chef de cuisine du restaurant trois toques Dveri Pax, pr\u00e9sentera \u00e9galement son savoir-faire au Stiftskeller.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelle offre pour les entreprises et les associations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre les \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 venir avec des chefs c\u00e9l\u00e8bres, le tenancier du Stiftskeller a \u00e9galement \u00e9labor\u00e9 une nouvelle offre pour les entreprises et les associations. \"Pour cela, nous avons combin\u00e9 une visite du mus\u00e9e suivie d'une d\u00e9gustation de vin et d'un menu d'avant No\u00ebl. Une exp\u00e9rience toute particuli\u00e8re pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ensemble l'Avent\", explique Matlschweiger. Des nouveaut\u00e9s seront bient\u00f4t propos\u00e9es au menu. Dans les mois \u00e0 venir, ce cuisinier passionn\u00e9 veut se consacrer au d\u00e9veloppement de la cuisine traditionnelle du monast\u00e8re et travailler avec l'historien Josef Hasitschka \u00e0 un nouveau livre de cuisine du monast\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'union fait la force<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tant que pr\u00e9sident adjoint de l'office du tourisme du Ges\u00e4use, Ulrich Matlschweiger attache \u00e9galement de l'importance \u00e0 la \"bonne collaboration dans la r\u00e9gion\", comme il le dit, car finalement \"nous ne sommes forts qu'ensemble\". L'abbaye b\u00e9n\u00e9dictine est un exemple de bonne coop\u00e9ration, car \"sans l'\u00e9troite collaboration avec tous les secteurs et entreprises de l'abbaye, le d\u00e9veloppement de la cave de l'abbaye sous cette forme ne serait certainement pas possible\", souligne
