Au menu, un poisson de la r\u00e9gion, fra\u00eechement p\u00each\u00e9, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la saison et - comme toujours chez \"Uli kocht\" - servi avec une bonne dose de bonne humeur.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9mission a offert une fois de plus un aper\u00e7u authentique du monde de la cuisine r\u00e9gionale et a montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point la bonne nourriture et les bonnes discussions vont de pair. Tout \u00e0 fait selon la devise\u00a0<strong>Cuisiner ensemble.
