Une cuisine qui a les pieds sur terre, qui est honn\u00eate et qui fait tomber amoureux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cette fois encore, Ulli n'est pas seul aux fourneaux. Il est aid\u00e9 par Bettina, la chef junior de la boucherie Pfeiler de Kirchenlandl. La viande provient d'une entreprise qui est synonyme de qualit\u00e9 honn\u00eate et dont les produits racontent plus d'histoire que bien des tables de bistrot. Ici, on ne produit pas de mani\u00e8re industrielle, mais on travaille avec de l'artisanat, de l'exp\u00e9rience et beaucoup de passion.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En tant que boucherie traditionnelle, la boucherie Pfeiler mise sur le travail manuel authentique plut\u00f4t que sur la cha\u00eene de production. Pas de robot, pas de baguette magique - mais du savoir-faire, du temps et de la passion. C'est exactement ce que l'on ressent dans l'assiette : cors\u00e9, juteux et plein de caract\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vous ne go\u00fbtez pas ce r\u00f4ti de
