L'objectif est que les h\u00f4tes puissent manger de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et vari\u00e9e au cours d'une semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 est effectu\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par Styria vitalis. Dans le cadre d'un contr\u00f4le complet des menus, les plans de menus et les ingr\u00e9dients sont soigneusement examin\u00e9s. Il est particuli\u00e8rement important pour nous de travailler avec des ingr\u00e9dients de qualit\u00e9 et si possible r\u00e9gionaux et de proposer ainsi chaque jour des repas fiables et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s aux jardins d'enfants, aux \u00e9coles, aux m\u00e9nages priv\u00e9s ainsi qu'aux seniors.
