La formation en apprentissage en entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en 2001 \u2013 \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque encore sous le nom de STIA Holzindustrie \u2013 avec les m\u00e9tiers de la technique du sciage du bois, de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 industrielle et de la serrurerie industrielle. Aujourd\u2019hui, six m\u00e9tiers d\u2019apprentissage sont propos\u00e9s, et chaque ann\u00e9e, environ six jeunes terminent leur formation au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Ren\u00e9 Schager, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 comme apprenti en 2002 et occupe aujourd'hui le poste de chef d'\u00e9quipe au service de maintenance, illustre parfaitement les perspectives de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 long terme offertes par l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La formation est actuellement encadr\u00e9e par les formateurs Roman Zandl, Marco Sch\u00f6nthaler et Christian Nistelberger. Alliant une longue exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 une formation moderne et ax\u00e9e sur la pratique, ils cr\u00e9ent ainsi les conditions id\u00e9ales pour les professionnels de demain. En 2018, l'obtention du label \u201e Entreprise de formation agr\u00e9\u00e9e par l'\u00c9tat \u201c a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante, confirmant la haute qualit\u00e9 de la formation dispens\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\"><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-half\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>L'entreprise Admonter Holzindustrie emploie environ 250 collaboratrices et collaborateurs et fabrique des produits en bois naturel haut de gamme destin\u00e9s au march\u00e9 international. Une production respectueuse des ressources, la cr\u00e9ation de valeur ajout\u00e9e au niveau r\u00e9gional et la formation de son propre personnel qualifi\u00e9 comptent depuis des d\u00e9cennies parmi les piliers fondamentaux de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--two\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>Admonter continue de miser sur la rel\u00e8ve et propose des places d'apprentissage en tant qu'\u00e9lectrotechnicien(ne), technicien(ne) en m\u00e9tallurgie, menuisier(\u00e8re) et technicien(ne) en menuiserie. Lors de la journ\u00e9e des apprentis, qui se tiendra le jeudi 30 juillet 2026 de 12 h \u00e0 16 h, les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es pourront d\u00e9couvrir les m\u00e9tiers d'apprentissage et les ateliers. En compl\u00e9ment, l'entreprise propose un apprentissage menant au baccalaur\u00e9at ainsi que l'Acad\u00e9mie duale destin\u00e9e aux
