Il tema di fondo di questo ciclo di sette dipinti \u00e8 l'intima connessione tra la religione e le arti e le scienze.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\">La rivelazione<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Il tema della rivelazione come fondamento della religione cristiana si trova nella grande cupola centrale. Al centro dell'immagine troneggia la personificazione della sapienza divina. Alla sua sinistra c'\u00e8 Mos\u00e8 come rappresentante dell'Antico Testamento e alla sua destra una figura femminile con un diadema, personificazione della Chiesa come rappresentante della Nuova Alleanza. Al centro \u00e8 raffigurato Apollo, dio della poesia e della luce, in trono sopra le nove muse. La scultura, la musica e la pittura sono rappresentate allegoricamente come figure femminili. La seconda volta \u00e8 dedicata alla medicina e alla scienza. La figura principale \u00e8 un uomo vestito con un camice da medico e con in mano il bastone di Asclepio, che consegna una ricetta a una figura femminile che personifica la farmacia. Questo gruppo principale \u00e8 circondato da personificazioni di altre scienze naturali, come la fisica, la mineralogia, l'astronomia, la geografia e l'aritmetica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Il terzo affresco raffigura la teologia e la religione. Al centro si trova la personificazione della teologia, una figura femminile con il sole sul petto. Accanto a lei si trovano la colomba dello Spirito Santo e una donna che simboleggia la \"Verit\u00e0\". Sotto di lei - sempre raffigurate come donne - si trovano le tre virt\u00f9 divine della fede, della speranza e dell'amore. L'Apocalisse come centro e culmine \u00e8 visibile nella cupola centrale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--two\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><h5 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\">Giurisprudenza<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Il quinto affresco raffigura la giurisprudenza con le due allegorie della legge spirituale e di quella secolare. Sopra di esso si libra un genio con la bilancia, noto simbolo della giustizia. Al centro del sesto affresco della cupola, che esprime allegoricamente la ricerca storica, si trovano un genio alato e una figura femminile che indicano una cesta portata da putti contenente una serie di libri disordinati, che probabilmente vogliono simboleggiare le molteplici fonti della storia. Al di sotto, Crono \u00e8 raffigurato come il dio del tempo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\">Risveglio dello spirito<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">La settima cupola \u00e8 dedicata al risveglio dello spirito nel pensiero e nella parola alla fine di questo ciclo di dipinti. Al centro del dipinto si trova Aurora, la dea dell'alba. \u00c8 preceduta da una torcia illuminata, che ha lo scopo di dissipare le tenebre e quindi, in senso figurato, l'ignoranza. Alla sua sinistra e alla sua destra si trovano le personificazioni della \"grammatica e della dialettica\" come disciplina fondamentale per la padronanza del linguaggio e la prontezza mentale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section
