Benedikt von Nursia also das Leben im Kloster auf den Punkt. Benedikt schreibt in seiner Regel: H\u00f6rt man das Zeichen zum Gottesdienst, lege man sofort alles aus der Hand und komme in gr\u00f6\u00dfter Eile herbei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">(Regola di San Benedetto capitolo 43,1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\">Labora - lavoro<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">In den Zeiten zwischen den Gebeten verrichten die M\u00f6nche au\u00dferdem unterschiedliche Dienste.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">L'ozio \u00e8 nemico dell'anima. sa-prose\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\">Aufgaben der M\u00f6nche innerhalb der Klostermauern<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Zun\u00e4chst bietet die 12,65 Hektar gro\u00dfe Klosteranlage eine Vielzahl an Aufgaben, die die M\u00f6nche gemeinsam mit 500 Besch\u00e4ftigten erledigen. \u00dcber dem Ganzen steht dabei der Abt, der als geistlicher Vater und wirtschaftliches Oberhaupt in allen Bereichen Verantwortung tr\u00e4gt. Zudem vertritt der Prior den Abt in dessen Abwesenheit und ist f\u00fcr organisatorische Abl\u00e4ufe innerhalb des Klosters verantwortlich. Gleichzeitig ist das Stift Admont als spirituelles und kulturelles Zentrum weit \u00fcber die Grenzen \u00d6sterreichs hinaus bekannt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Neben der aktuellen Kunstschiene beherbergt das Stift au\u00dferdem die &#8211; gemessen an ihrer Raumgr\u00f6\u00dfe &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"\/it\/sulla-biblioteca-dellabbazia\/\">La pi\u00f9 grande biblioteca monastica del mondo <\/a>mit rund 70.000 B\u00e4nden. Insgesamt umfasst der B\u00fccherschatz jedoch rund 200.000 Werke. Dazu z\u00e4hlen insbesondere die 1400 Handschriften und Fr\u00fchdrucke, die im Archiv des Klosters in klimatisierten Magazinen aufbewahrt werden. Au\u00dferdem ist Gastfreundschaft in der Regel des hl. Benedikt ein wichtiges Thema. Deshalb ist der Gastmeister f\u00fcr die Aufnahme der G\u00e4ste und f\u00fcr ihr Wohl verantwortlich.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Weitere Dienste, die die M\u00f6nche verrichten, sind schlie\u00dflich die \u00c4mter des K\u00fcchenmeisters, des Novizenmeisters, des Magisters der Juniores, des Oblatenrektors, des Vestiars, der Kantoren und des Zeremoni\u00e4rs. Dabei wird jeder nach seinen F\u00e4higkeiten und Talenten eingesetzt, um der Gemeinschaft und den Menschen zu dienen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-text__column sa-prose\"><h2 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\">Aufgaben der M\u00f6nche au\u00dferhalb der Klostermauern<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind Mitbr\u00fcder auch au\u00dferhalb der Klostermauern in den verschiedensten seelsorgerischen Bereichen t\u00e4tig. Beispielsweise f\u00fchrt das Kloster ein <a href=\"https:\/\/hausderbegegnung.or.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Casa d'incontro<\/a> sowie ein Studentenheim in Graz, um Kontakt mit Studenten und Absolventen des Stiftsgymnasiums zu halten. Zudem betreuen Admonter M\u00f6nche die Studentenverbindungen umfassend.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Somit gilt das Stift als regionaler Motor \u2013 nicht nur in wirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten. Denn das Engagement reicht in alle Lebensbereiche der Menschen vor Ort. So unterst\u00fctzt das Kloster f\u00fcr den letzten Lebensabschnitt das Caritas Pflegewohnhaus Frauenberg.
