Si tratta di deliziosi piatti verdi del menu della cucina dell'Abbazia di Admont, che sono equilibrati e apportano variet\u00e0 al menu.<\/p>\n<p>Il \"Piatto Verde\", assegnato da Styria vitalis dal 2011, riconosce le scelte salutari nella ristorazione collettiva. In altre parole, piatti che soddisfano i criteri di una cucina naturale ed equilibrata. Ad esempio, le verdure di stagione sono parte integrante dei piatti del Piatto Verde. Ci sono anche insalate e frutta fresca ogni giorno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una visione olistica della salute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oltre ai monaci, la cucina dell'Abbazia di Admont si occupa anche degli anziani e dei bambini dell'asilo nido, della scuola materna e del centro ricreativo. Ogni giorno viene servito un menu equilibrato e sano, che contribuisce in modo decisivo alla qualit\u00e0 della vita degli ospiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualcosa per tutti i gusti, anche per gli amanti della carne e dei dolci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'obiettivo \u00e8 fornire alternative sane e gustose che invitino gli amanti delle verdure a mangiare pi\u00f9 spesso. Wiener schnitzel e arrosto di maiale non sono assolutamente vietati, ma non dovrebbero essere presenti nel menu troppo spesso.
