Questa \u00e8 la regola di San Benedetto che, oltre alla preghiera e allo studio delle Sacre Scritture, si concentrava anche sul lavoro. I compiti che ne derivano si collocano in molti ambiti: Istruzione, affari sociali, cultura e amministrazione sono solo quattro esempi delle aree tematiche a cui si dedicano i monaci benedettini di Admont. Padre Egon Homann ha trovato la sua vocazione nella cura pastorale. Dal 2002, oltre alle cinque parrocchie, si occupa anche della \"Haus der Begegnung\" e del \"M\u00fcnzgrabenheim\" di Graz. L\u00ec lavora come cappellano degli studenti. In questa intervista, don Egon parla della natura mutevole della cura pastorale, dell'impegno sociale e della guida spirituale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il monastero benedettino di Admont celebra il suo 950\u00b0 anniversario nel 2024. Un periodo di tempo in cui non solo il monastero ma anche la cura pastorale ha potuto svilupparsi ulteriormente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La cura pastorale \u00e8 un settore che \u00e8 cresciuto enormemente durante questo periodo. Nei primi anni e per molto tempo dopo, i monaci non lasciavano il monastero.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La cura pastorale poteva quindi avvenire solo all'interno delle mura del monastero. Oggi ci occupiamo di 26 parrocchie, della Casa dell'Incontro e del M\u00fcnzgrabenheim di Graz e siamo quindi vicini alla gente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>La cura pastorale non si svolge pi\u00f9 solo dietro le mura del monastero. Oltre alla flessibilit\u00e0 locale, ci sono anche cambiamenti in termini di contenuti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La cura pastorale \u00e8 diventata pi\u00f9 umana. Proprio come la confessione. In passato, la concezione del peccato era certamente diversa e la confessione era di solito una lunga lista di cose che non funzionavano. Oggi i consulenti conversano sulla vita. La esaminiamo da diverse prospettive e sottolineiamo anche ci\u00f2 che va bene. Cosa comporta questo compito?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'Abbazia benedettina di Admont gestisce la Casa dell'Incontro a Graz per consentire ai giovani di sperimentare la spiritualit\u00e0 benedettina. Sono sul posto per celebrare le funzioni religiose e offrire consulenza e confessioni. Durante le lezioni e le escursioni comuni nascono anche delle belle conversazioni. Fornisco questo sostegno spirituale anche nel M\u00fcnzgrabenheim.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lei \u00e8 anche parroco di cinque parrocchie. Come funziona la cura pastorale che lei fornisce alle persone della parrocchia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La cura pastorale nelle parrocchie sta cambiando. In passato ci si affidava esclusivamente al parroco, alle suore e agli assistenti pastorali. Oggi, ogni singolo membro della comunit\u00e0 parrocchiale \u00e8 fondamentale per il funzionamento della pastorale. Quando molte persone impegnate lavorano insieme, si aprono anche approcci completamente nuovi alla soluzione dei problemi. La Caritas parrocchiale ne \u00e8 il miglior esempio. I volontari aiutano le persone nelle loro immediate vicinanze e possono fare una grande differenza attraverso il loro lavoro di volontariato.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il vostro impegno sociale si estende anche al di l\u00e0 delle vostre attivit\u00e0 professionali. In che modo aiutate su base volontaria?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sono un membro dell'Ordine Equestre del Santo Sepolcro di Gerusalemme. Sosteniamo i nostri membri nella loro fede e aiutiamo i cristiani in Terra Santa a trovare un sostentamento. Oltre a raccogliere donazioni, cerchiamo di organizzare varie attivit\u00e0 per fornire ai cristiani un reddito sicuro. La cura pastorale dei sacerdoti \u00e8 diventata estremamente importante nel mondo di oggi. Ho incontrato molti sacerdoti fuori dal monastero che si sentono soli e hanno rinunciato al loro ministero. Sono sacerdote da oltre trent'anni, ma non mi sono mai sentito solo. Come benedettino, fai parte di una comunit\u00e0 che si sostiene a vicenda ed \u00e8 sempre presente quando hai bisogno di qualcuno con cui parlare. Ci sono sempre pi\u00f9 compiti che possono essere svolti solo fuori dal monastero. Quindi \u00e8 bello sapere che c'\u00e8 un posto dove possiamo sempre tornare.
