Colpisce la bassa et\u00e0 media. Alcuni dei monaci hanno appena trent'anni. Fratel Markus Kraemer \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 giovane. Ha emesso la professione temporanea all'et\u00e0 di ventinove anni. Ha promesso di impegnarsi nel monastero per tre anni. Racconta di aver sentito il desiderio di diventare sacerdote gi\u00e0 da bambino. Esperienza chiave: il funerale della madre della sua madrina. \"\u00c8 stata la prima volta che ho sentito la speranza cristiana\", ricorda Frater Markus. Nonostante le sue aspirazioni di carriera iniziali, ha studiato economia aziendale. Solo in seguito \u00e8 passato alla teologia. E lo ha fatto \"anche se a quel tempo non era ancora chiaro dove il viaggio lo avrebbe portato\", dice Frater Markus. Perch\u00e9 alla fine ha deciso per la vita monastica? \"Perch\u00e9 fare il sacerdote in una diocesi non sarebbe mai stata un'opzione per me. Avevo semplicemente troppa paura della solitudine. Nel monastero non sono solo. Qui ci sono molte persone con cui vivo e prego insieme. \u00c8 molto familiare\". C'erano anche motivi contrari? \"S\u00ec, la grande distanza tra il monastero e la casa dei miei genitori\".\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nato e cresciuto a Bonn, entrare nel monastero benedettino di Admont \u00e8 stato un grande passo per Frater Markus anche in termini di posizione: \"La salute di mio padre non \u00e8 molto buona e se le sue condizioni peggiorano, non sono dietro l'angolo\". Il motivo per cui ha comunque deciso di optare per la vita monastica ad Admont \u00e8 la sua fiducia in Dio, come dice lui stesso: \"Sono sicuro che lui \u00e8 l\u00ec per risolvere tutto se io non ci riesco\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-half\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><h5 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\"><strong>Trovare un'attivit\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La fiducia in Dio ha rafforzato Frater Georg Roth anche nella sua decisione di condurre una vita da monaco. L'uomo di W\u00fcrzburg \u00e8 entrato nel monastero all'et\u00e0 di ventiquattro anni. \u00c8 successo otto anni fa. All'epoca aveva scelto un ordine nascente in Austria. Ma \"con il passare degli anni mi sono reso conto che la mia idea di casa non corrispondeva a quella dell'ordine. Cos\u00ec ho deciso di unirmi a un'altra comunit\u00e0\", racconta Fratel Georg. L'ha trovata nel monastero benedettino di Admont: \"Apprezzo la connessione tra lo spirituale e il pratico\". Una combinazione che deriva dalla Regola di San Benedetto: Ora et labora et lege. Pregare, lavorare e leggere. \"\u00c8 bello essere portati dalla preghiera comune e allo stesso tempo poter svolgere un compito all'interno dell'ordine\", dice Frater Georg. Nel suo caso, l'obiettivo del teologo in erba non \u00e8 un solo compito, ma diversi. Dopo la laurea, Frater Georg vuole lavorare come sacerdote ed educatore religioso. Ma \u00e8 stato solo dopo una formazione come meccanico industriale che ha ritrovato la sua vocazione. Ci sono stati motivi per cui non \u00e8 entrato in monastero? S\u00ec, ci sono stati, conferma Fratel Thomas: \"Mi sono reso conto che non avrei visto la mia famiglia e i miei amici cos\u00ec spesso\". La decisione a favore della vita monastica non \u00e8 stata quindi facile per me, ed \u00e8 per questo che ho avuto bisogno di tempo per pensarci\". La separazione \u00e8 stata dura anche per i suoi genitori e fratelli, dice Frater Georg. \"Sapendo quanto sia stato difficile per la mia famiglia all'inizio, il fatto che ora ci vediamo meno spesso, sono ancora pi\u00f9 grato per il loro sostegno alla mia vocazione di sacerdote e religioso\".<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"heading-m line line-above line--gold\"><strong>Seguire la chiamata di Dio<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>E che dire del desiderio di formare una famiglia propria? La risposta \u00e8 sorprendente: \"Non \u00e8 mai stato un problema per me\", dice Frater Georg con franchezza. Ma lo \u00e8 stato per Fratel Markus, come dice lui stesso: \"Naturalmente ci si chiede anche se si vuole creare una famiglia un giorno. Ma se Dio ti chiama, allora devi seguirlo. Io voglio intraprendere questo cammino. E se la conseguenza \u00e8 quella di non avere una famiglia propria, ben venga. In definitiva, come monaco si rinuncia a molto. Ma in compenso si ottiene molto di pi\u00f9\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section
