Questo \u00e8 uno dei motivi per cui Admonter da 10 anni forma giovani motivati che vogliono entrare a far parte dell'azienda con passione e competenza in diverse interessanti specializzazioni. Quello che molti non sanno \u00e8 che Admonter offre attualmente sette diversi apprendistati (falegname, tecnico del legno, tecnico del metallo, impiegato industriale, ...).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Il progetto comune \"L'impresa incontra la scuola\" \u00e8 stato avviato nell'anno scolastico 2013\/14 su iniziativa di Sonja Vucsina, all'epoca direttrice della scuola secondaria Admont, e di Erich Berger, membro del consiglio di fabbrica di Admont.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Iniziato come progetto pilota, il progetto si svolge ormai regolarmente da 10 anni ed \u00e8 molto apprezzato dagli studenti, ma anche dai responsabili in azienda e a scuola.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Silvia Jetz, direttrice di MS Admont, e Sabine Stachl, responsabile delle risorse umane di Admonter AG, concordano: \"La nostra collaborazione \u00e8 cresciuta e si \u00e8 intensificata negli ultimi 10 anni e siamo assolutamente impegnati a portare avanti il progetto per i prossimi 10 anni\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">\"Circa 25 giovani hanno completato il loro apprendistato grazie al project work presso Admonter AG, un risultato di cui siamo estremamente orgogliosi e che dimostra il valore aggiunto della collaborazione. Il nostro obiettivo \u00e8 stabilire un contatto precoce con i giovani della regione e risvegliare il loro interesse per un apprendistato presso Admonter\", afferma Sabine Stachl di Admonter AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Sotto la guida esperta degli apprendisti Roman Zandl e Christian Nistelberger, vengono prodotti pezzi come sgabelli in legno, taglieri, motori elettrici e molto altro. Allo stesso tempo, i giovani conoscono anche gli attuali apprendisti e possono parlare con loro in modo approfondito di un apprendistato presso Admonter AG.
