Ed \u00e8 stato un successo: \"Abbiamo avuto un'enorme affluenza di ospiti\", dice Matlschweiger, riassumendo gli ultimi mesi. \u00c8 gi\u00e0 previsto un ampliamento dell'offerta culinaria.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il gestore di lunga data dell'\"Hoamat\" ha lasciato i suoi locali a Gro\u00dfreifling e ha trasferito le sue fresche idee culinarie allo Stiftskeller di Admont. Ha portato con s\u00e9 i classici dell'Hoamat, come la zuppa di formaggio della Stiria e lo strudel di ricotta fatto in casa, \"che viene ancora fatto a mano, proprio come a casa della nonna\", dice Ulrich Matlschweiger. Il grande valore che l'affittuario dello Stiftskeller attribuisce ai cibi preparati al momento e ai prodotti regionali si riflette anche in un prossimo ampliamento dell'offerta culinaria: a partire dalla stagione museale dell'anno prossimo, i prodotti regionali non saranno pi\u00f9 disponibili solo per il ristorante, ma anche da asporto nel nuovo negozio della fattoria. \u00c8 in fase di progettazione anche un web shop, che ci consentir\u00e0 \"di spedire la merce e quindi di promuovere il Ges\u00e4use in tutto il mondo\", aggiunge Matlschweiger.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>La cucina va a scuola<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per far conoscere ai bambini i prodotti regionali e l'alimentazione sana, Matlschweiger \u00e8 anche ospite regolare delle scuole. Ha gi\u00e0 preparato deliziosi piatti a base di prodotti locali presso la scuola politecnica di Rottenmann e le scuole secondarie di Admont e Wei\u00dfenbach, vicino a San Gallo. Il suo messaggio: \"Quanto \u00e8 importante una dieta equilibrata per l'organismo. Se si scelgono anche prodotti regionali, non solo si fa qualcosa di buono per la propria salute, ma si sostiene anche l'economia locale, creando cos\u00ec una certa indipendenza dalle grandi aziende internazionali\", sottolinea Matlschweiger.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chef famosi ospiti dello Stiftskeller<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anche una prossima serata a tema avr\u00e0 un forte orientamento regionale: \"Vorrei riunire i visionari del Ges\u00e4use, che ora sono sparsi in tutta l'Austria, e cucinare insieme a loro per i nostri ospiti nello Stiftskeller\", prevede Matlschweiger. Oltre ai rappresentanti culinari della regione, Matlschweiger inviter\u00e0 ad Admont anche il famoso chef Lukas Nagl del lago Traunsee. L'anno scorso \u00e8 stato nominato miglior chef austriaco da Gault &amp; Millau, \"quindi sono ancora pi\u00f9 felice che Lukas Nagl crei un menu con me qui allo Stiftskeller\", dice Matlschweiger, inaugurando l'imminente evento. Tuttavia, Lukas Nagl sar\u00e0 solo una delle numerose celebrit\u00e0 attese allo Stiftskeller. Anche Gregor \u0160agi, capo chef del ristorante a tre piani Dveri Pax, presenter\u00e0 le sue abilit\u00e0 allo Stiftskeller.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuova offerta per aziende e club<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oltre ai prossimi eventi con chef famosi, l'affittuario dello Stiftskeller ha anche sviluppato una nuova offerta per aziende e club. \"Abbiamo combinato una visita al museo con una successiva degustazione di vini e un menu prenatalizio. Un'esperienza davvero speciale per festeggiare insieme l'Avvento\", spiega Matlschweiger. Presto ci sar\u00e0 anche una novit\u00e0 nel menu. Nei prossimi mesi, l'appassionato chef vuole dedicarsi all'ulteriore sviluppo della cucina tradizionale del monastero e lavorare a un nuovo libro di cucina del monastero insieme allo storico Josef Hasitschka.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forti insieme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In qualit\u00e0 di vicepresidente dell'Associazione Turistica Ges\u00e4use, Ulrich Matlschweiger sottolinea anche l'importanza di una \"buona cooperazione nella regione\", come dice lui stesso, perch\u00e9 alla fine \"siamo forti solo insieme\". Il monastero benedettino \u00e8 un ottimo esempio di buona cooperazione, perch\u00e9 \"senza la stretta collaborazione con tutti i settori e le aziende del monastero, l'ulteriore sviluppo dello Stiftskeller in questa forma non sarebbe certamente possibile\", sottolinea
