Nebl ha acquistato il complesso alberghiero dal monastero benedettino di Admont: un passo importante che rafforza ulteriormente lo sviluppo del turismo nel Ges\u00e4use.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Nebl non \u00e8 nuovo alla regione: Da diversi anni gestisce con grande successo l'ex Kirchenwirt di Weng (noto come Xeis NeSt), completamente rivitalizzato, e il National Park Pavilion di Gstatterboden. Lo Spirodom, in quanto unico hotel di questa classe di qualit\u00e0 e prestazioni nella regione, ha quindi un potenziale di crescita eccezionalmente elevato.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La sua posizione \u00e8 unica: immersa nell'impressionante scenario naturale del Parco Nazionale del Ges\u00e4use e a pochi passi dal fulcro culturale della regione - l'Abbazia benedettina di Admont con il suo variegato paesaggio museale e la pi\u00f9 grande biblioteca monastica del mondo, una delle pi\u00f9 belle biblioteche del mondo. L'Abbazia benedettina di Admont accoglie ogni anno circa 65.000 visitatori: un pubblico impressionante che racchiude anche un enorme potenziale per futuri pernottamenti. Sono molto grato all'Abbazia benedettina di Admont per la fiducia che ha riposto in me con l'acquisto e l'acquisizione di questa importante struttura. I primi mesi saranno utilizzati per un'intensa attivit\u00e0 di familiarizzazione, osservazione e valutazione. In seguito, sono previsti lavori di ristrutturazione delle camere, l'ampliamento del ristorante, l'ottimizzazione dell'area benessere e ulteriori miglioramenti della qualit\u00e0.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Numerose idee, visioni e nuovi accenti dovrebbero garantire in futuro un orientamento ancora maggiore ai clienti. Gli escursionisti e gli amanti della natura si sentiranno ancora pi\u00f9 benvenuti in futuro, poich\u00e9 lo Spirodom vuole espandere ulteriormente il suo ruolo di punto di partenza ideale per le esperienze naturalistiche nel Ges\u00e4use.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Nebl desidera inoltre rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale alla 1912 Hotel GmbH, che ha gestito l'Hotel Spirodom con grande impegno fino ad oggi. Nebl \u00e8 inoltre aperto a cooperazioni e collaborazioni future per rafforzare ulteriormente la qualit\u00e0 del turismo nella regione.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNaturalmente ci sono state molte considerazioni strategiche alla base, non \u00e8 stata una decisione spontanea. Ma sono convinto che con un concetto chiaro, una cooperazione regionale e un team forte, possiamo sviluppare lo Spirodom in una forza trainante forte e lungimirante per il turismo nel
