La formazione aziendale degli apprendisti \u00e8 stata avviata nel 2001 \u2013 all\u2019epoca ancora con il nome di STIA Holzindustrie \u2013 con i percorsi formativi in tecnica di segagione del legno, elettricit\u00e0 industriale e carpenteria industriale. Oggi vengono offerti sei percorsi di apprendistato e ogni anno circa sei giovani completano la propria formazione all\u2019interno dell\u2019azienda. Un esempio delle opportunit\u00e0 di carriera a lungo termine \u00e8 Ren\u00e9 Schager, che ha iniziato come apprendista nel 2002 e oggi \u00e8 caposquadra del reparto di ingegneria operativa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La formazione \u00e8 attualmente seguita dai formatori Roman Zandl, Marco Sch\u00f6nthaler e Christian Nistelberger, che uniscono una pluriennale esperienza a una formazione moderna e orientata alla pratica, creando cos\u00ec le condizioni ideali per i professionisti di domani. Una tappa fondamentale \u00e8 stata raggiunta nel 2018 con il riconoscimento come \u201eAzienda di formazione qualificata a livello statale\u201c, che conferma l\u2019elevata qualit\u00e0 della formazione.<\/p>\n<p><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\"><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"firepress-section firepress-content\"\n\t\t\n\t\tdata-firepress-content\n\t\tdata-firepress-lightbox-group>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__inner\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"firepress-content__grid firepress-content__grid--one-half\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--one\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>L'azienda Admonter Holzindustrie impiega circa 250 dipendenti e produce articoli in legno naturale di alta qualit\u00e0 destinati al mercato internazionale. Una produzione rispettosa delle risorse, la creazione di valore aggiunto a livello regionale e la formazione del proprio personale qualificato sono da decenni i pilastri fondamentali dell'azienda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"firepress-content__box firepress-content__box--two\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose\"><p>Anche in futuro Admonter punter\u00e0 sulle nuove leve e offrir\u00e0 posti di apprendistato come elettrotecnico\/a, tecnico\/a metallurgico\/a, falegname\/a e tecnico\/a falegname. In occasione della giornata dedicata agli apprendisti, che si terr\u00e0 gioved\u00ec 30 luglio 2026 dalle ore 12:00 alle ore 16:00, gli interessati potranno conoscere i mestieri oggetto di apprendistato e le officine. Inoltre, vengono offerti un percorso di apprendistato con maturit\u00e0 e l\u2019Accademia duale per
