To so okusne jedi zelenega kro\u017enika na jedilniku kuhinje opatije Admont, ki so uravnote\u017eene in popestrijo jedilnik.<\/p>\n<p>\"Zeleni kro\u017enik\", ki ga od leta 2011 podeljuje Styria vitalis, je priznanje za zdravo izbiro v javni prehrani. Z drugimi besedami, jedi, ki izpolnjujejo merila uravnote\u017eene naravne kuhinje. Sestavni del jedi zelenega kro\u017enika je na primer sezonska zelenjava. Vsak dan so na voljo tudi sve\u017ee solate in sadje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Celostni pogled na zdravje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poleg menihov je v kuhinji opatije Admont poskrbljeno tudi za starej\u0161e ob\u010dane in otroke v jaslih, vrtcu in centru za prosti \u010das. Vsak dan je na voljo uravnote\u017een in zdrav meni, ki odlo\u010dilno prispeva h kakovosti \u017eivljenja gostov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za vsak okus nekaj - tudi za ljubitelje mesa in sladokusce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cilj je ponuditi zdrave in okusne alternative, ki ljubitelje zelenjave vabijo k pogostej\u0161emu u\u017eivanju hrane. Dunajski zrezek in svinjska pe\u010denka nikakor nista prepovedana, vendar ne smeta biti prepogosto na jedilniku. Poudarek mora biti na osebni odgovornosti jedcev in ne na prisilnem zadovoljevanju potreb. V okviru zelenega kro\u017enika bi bilo treba ustvariti mo\u017enosti izbire, da bi tudi gostje, ki se \u017eelijo prehranjevati zavestno, imeli prilo\u017enost za to.<\/p>\n<p>Brezpla\u010dno nadaljnje usposabljanje za kuharsko ekipo, ki se osredoto\u010da na polnovredno hrano in veliko zelenjave, letno preverjanje jedilnika in iz\u010drpne povratne informacije ter podpora pri spremembah so le nekatere od storitev, ki so na voljo v okviru Zelenega kro\u017enika.<\/p>\n<p>Okoli 260.000 \u0160tajercev se vsak dan prehranjuje zunaj.
