Matthewa Koniecznyja OSB<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\"><strong>nedelja, 21. maj 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">21. maja 2023 popoldne je \u0161kofijski \u0161kof Dr. Wilhelm Krautwaschl v opatijski cerkvi v Admontu v duhovnika posvetil o\u010deta Matth\u00e4usa Cassiana Koniecznyja. V pozdravnem nagovoru je \u0161kof dejal: \"\u010cudovito je, da lahko sprejemamo in praznujemo poklice.\" Svojo pridigo je za\u010del z besedami: \"Vse \u017eivljenje je odnos.\" Svoj miselni tok je povezal s signalno besedo \"odnos\": \"Odnos je temelj \u017eivljenja. Ko si posve\u010den v duhovnika, postane\u0161 \u010dlovek odnosa.\" Zlasti v evangeliju svetega Janeza je veliko izjav o odnosu med Bogom O\u010detom in Jezusom Kristusom. Benediktinci pri\u010dajo: \"Brez \u017eivljenja v intimnem odnosu z Bogom \u017eivljenje ni mogo\u010de.\" Glede nalog duhovnika je \u0161kof dejal: \"Praznujte odnos Bo\u017eje ljubezni do ljudi. Vodite ljudi v odnos z Bogom.\" S tem, kar storite zlasti za revne ljudi, se odvija sre\u010danje z Bogom. - V zahvalnih besedah ob koncu duhovni\u0161kega posve\u010denja je pater Matthew dejal: \"Bog me vodi in usmerja - v Admont. Zahvalil se je opatu Gerhardu za njegove vedno odprte roke in odprto srce.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Zdaj 32-letnik je ob prihodu v Admont v lokalni \u017eupnijski reviji opisal svojo \u017eivljenjsko zgodbo: \"Rodil sem se leta 1990 v zvezni dr\u017eavi Indiana (ZDA) in z mlaj\u0161im bratom odra\u0161\u010dal v mestu Lafayette. Kot najstnik sem bil vedno dejaven v svoji \u017eupnijski skupnosti, zato sem se odlo\u010dil za \u0161tudij teologije in filozofije. Po kon\u010danem magisteriju sem eno leto delal kot koordinator programa na univerzi Purdue. Tam me je pritegnil benediktinski na\u010din \u017eivljenja, zato sem se leta 2018 pridru\u017eil opatiji svetega Bernarda v Cullmanu v Alabami. Leto in pol sem na opatijski \u0161oli pou\u010deval verouk in informacijsko tehnologijo. Poleti 2020 sem pri\u0161el v Admont, spoznal in cenil na\u0161o opatijo in skupnost ter se odlo\u010dil, da sem prenesel svoje zaobljube.\" Novi duhovnik je 21. marca 2022 naredil slovesne redovni\u0161ke zaobljube. - P. Matthew je za geslo svojih prvih zaobljub izbral stavek iz 72. poglavja Pravila svetega Benedikta: \"Ni\u010desar ne raje kot Kristusa. Naj nas skupaj vodi v ve\u010dno \u017eivljenje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Opat Gerhard Hafner in samostanska skupnost v Admontu so se pridru\u017eili dru\u017eini novega duhovnika (njegovi star\u0161i, stric in teta), njegovim prijateljem, \u0161tevilnim \u010dlanom verskih skupnosti in \u0161tevilnim kristjanom iz opatijskih \u017eupnij (zlasti iz \u017eupnije Admont, kjer je opravljal pastoralno prakso) pri praznovanju tega velikega dogodka v 949. letu obstoja benediktinske opatije Admont.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-m\">Zlasti v dneh pred binko\u0161tmi mnogi katoli\u010dani molijo za darove Svetega Duha v tako imenovani binko\u0161tni devetdnevnici.
