Our apprentices receive additional financial support for particularly good performance at vocational school or in their final exams. Our declared goal is to retain those apprentices in the company who already show a high level of willingness to perform and learn during their apprenticeship.

We are also happy to receive applications from school dropouts after the 9th grade who would like to start an apprenticeship in the monastery businesses with ambition.
