For us, apprenticeship training has become an essential part of the company philosophy. With apprenticeship training, we make an important contribution to covering the demand for skilled workers in the coming years in the monastery operations.

Our apprentices receive additional financial support for particularly good performance at vocational school or in their final exams. Our declared goal is to retain those apprentices in the company who already show a high level of willingness to perform and learn during their apprenticeship.
