A review from the beginning of the month 😊: As part of their psychology lessons and the „Mentally ill“ course, the Year 7 pupils visited the Neuromed Campus in Linz. On site, they were given fascinating insights into the work of psychiatry and dealing with mental illnesses.... Diseases. The discussion round with OA Dr Markus Fischl, who reported on his day-to-day work, was particularly interesting. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to develop a better understanding of mental health and corresponding forms of treatment.
Yesterday we were able to celebrate a deeply moving event 🙏.
Frater Markus Kraemer OSB made his perpetual profession in a solemn service. Numerous companions, family members and friends accompanied him on this important day.
The liturgy was characterised ...of great joy and gratitude. In the midst of the monastic community and in front of the assembled faithful, Frater Markus promised to consecrate his life definitively and irrevocably to God and to continue faithfully on the path of St Benedict.
A touching and powerful sign of a lived vocation.
