Even though the summer holidays have already begun, we would still like to look back on a special experience from the last week of term.
On Thursday, Class 5A took on the thrilling challenges at the Pro Adventures high ropes course in ...Großraming. The wide variety of courses and levels of difficulty called for courage, skill, stamina and team spirit. Step by step, the pupils surpassed themselves and mastered the various stations with great dedication and mutual support.
A wonderful end to a varied final week of school – full of new experiences, shared adventures and unforgettable moments! 🌲💚

💪 Hyrox training at Andletic Liezen 🏃♀️🏋️♂️
Today, our Class 5A had the opportunity to take part in a special training session with Andreas Prommer, a personal trainer and gym owner in Liezen. Under the guidance of Andi Prommer, the pupils learnt about the diverse world of ...Get to know Hyrox training – a challenging combination of endurance and strength training.
Whether it was running, functional exercises or various strength training stations – everyone took part with great dedication, motivation and team spirit. The activities not only tested strength and endurance, but also stamina, coordination and mutual support.
