Day visitors can take a guided tour of the world's largest monastery library (Duration approx. 40 min, language German) for € 3,00 (excl. entrance fee) per person. All mentioned entry fees do not include a guided tour through the library.
The library and all other museum areas can also be visited without a guided tour.
Audioguides are available in multiple languages. Rental fee is €4.00, obtainable at the ticket counter.
Guided tours through the library at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each day.
Unfortunately, the reservation of single tickets is not possible!

Notes and information:
Discounts and partner cards: Discounts are only applicable upon presentation of a valid ID and can be obtained exclusively at the on-site ticket counter. For groups, every 21st person and the bus driver or tour guide are granted complimentary entry.
Special guided tours: The special event "Library by Night", special guided tour "Stone & Building Stories", as well as our children's and holiday programmes can only be visited by booking in advance at museum@stiftadmont.at.
Library: The library can also be visited without a guided tour.
Accessibility: The library and museum are barrier-free.
The admission ticket is valid for the day purchased.

General information: Smoking, consuming food and drink and touching works of art and exhibits is prohibited in all rooms. Guided tours are only permitted by our trained guides. Guided tours by tour guides must be registered in advance at museum@stiftadmont.at and authorised in writing.
Animals are not permitted in the museum (with the exception of certified assistance dogs listed on the ID card - in order to ensure optimum care, we ask that you register in advance by telephone on +43 (0) 3613/2312-604 or in writing at museum@stiftadmont.at).
taking photos
Photography is strictly prohibited throughout the museum (except in the manuscript room) without flash and without tripod possible for private use. Persons with tripods fall into the category of "professional photography" and require a written registration or a signed photographer's contract. Registrations under presse@stiftadmont.at .
