Ascension Day - First Communion 2024

Today, on Ascension Day, we celebrated the Feast of First Communion in the parish of Admont. In his sermon, Abbot Gerhard emphasised the comforting promise of Jesus: "I am with you". He reminded us that we can always rely on this promise. He also emphasised the importance of using the oars of love of God and love of neighbour equally when we find ourselves in the boat of life.
