Easter Sunday 2024 at Admont Abbey

This year, the Mass on Easter Sunday was presided over by Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus Bernhard Haßlberger from the Archdiocese of Munich-Freising. The Solemn Pontifical Mass was magnificently accompanied by our choir and the instrumentalists under the direction of Albert Wonaschütz and our organist Thomas Zala. In his sermon, Bishop Haßlberger presented us with the three different ways of encountering the Risen Christ using the apostles Peter and John as well as Mary Magdalene.
