Following a comprehensive induction period, you will support our production manager in organising and managing production processes. In doing so, you will gain fascinating insights into all areas of manufacturing and play an active role in optimising our processes.

Das erwartet Sie:

• Assisting the production manager with day-to-day production operations
• Assisting with the planning, management and monitoring of production processes
• Contributing to the implementation of optimisation and improvement measures
• Support with quality-related issues and ensuring production standards are met
• Drawing up and updating work instructions and process documentation
• Involvement in projects within the production environment
• close cooperation with the Production, Work Planning, Maintenance and Quality Assurance departments

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Completed technical, woodworking or equivalent training
• Initial work experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential
• An interest in production processes and their ongoing development
• a structured and independent approach to work
• a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and a focus on quality
• Proficiency in MS Office

**Pay is based on the collective agreement for the woodworking industry (starting from an average gross monthly salary of €3,000 based on 167 hours per month). The actual monthly salary depends on qualifications and experience – reflecting a competitive salary above market rates – and will be agreed jointly.
