Junior Production Manager (m/f/d)

Then we are looking for you as: Junior Production Manager* (m/f/d) Would you like to take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping the production process? Then you’ve come to the right place. To begin with, you’ll be assigned to an experienced production manager and, following an initial induction period, will work as the production manager’s assistant or on various project tasks. You’ll be responsible for machine commissioning, quality-related matters, providing ongoing support in the continuous improvement process, and drafting work instructions for the relevant process flows. In this role, you’ll learn all the skills needed to contribute to the company’s success as a future leader at Admonter.

Payment is based on the collective labour agreement for the wood processing industry. The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience - corresponds to an overpayment in line with the market - and will be determined together with you. A gross salary of € 2,700 to € 2,900 is a guideline for newcomers.
