As of 01 September 2026, the school management/directorate of the Benedictine Abbey High School in 8911 Admont will be newly filled. The position is associated in particular with those areas of responsibility that can be found in the school management profile and in the "Requirements profile for head teachers" (published by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research).

- Organising school life on the basis of the mission statement and school profile of Admont Abbey Grammar School
- Implementation of sustainable educational concepts together with the teaching staff and the school provider
- Co-operation with the school authorities and the Benedictine Abbey of Admont, which runs the school
- Internal and external representation of the school and participation in working groups
What you bring with you:
- Teaching qualification for secondary schools or corresponding university or college degree
- At least five years of teaching experience at secondary schools and excellent teaching qualifications
- Organisational skills, leadership and social skills, ability to work in a team
- Cooperation and communication skills in close collaboration with the foundation, the school authorities, the
School partners and the public
- Commitment and innovative spirit for pedagogical and school developments
- Loyalty to the Roman Catholic Church and regular dialogue with the abbot
