Award for our new video format „Ulli cooks“
We are very pleased about the Honoured at the Gesäuse Innovation Award 2025: With our new video format „Ulli cooks“, we were able to present the Special prize in the digitisation category accept!
The online format is a joint project between the marketing department of the Admont Benedictine Abbey and Stiftskeller Admont. „Ulli kocht“ combines modern communication, regional cuisine and digital visibility in an inspiring way. Each episode not only features delicious recipes, but also combines regional, honest products with a touch of history...
The episodes in which Ulli cooks together with guests from the monastery - including Father Thomas, Father Michael, Father Josef and Christoph Hell - are particularly popular. Together they bring history, humour and regionality to the table and make every episode a special experience.
This award confirms our way of combining tradition and modernity - and making the treasures of our region visible in a contemporary, warm and enjoyable way.
