Job description

• Active management and further development of the project business, with a focus on wooden flooring in northern Germany

• Establishing new contacts with architects, planners, property developers and decision-makers

• Supporting projects from the initial idea and tender stage right through to implementation

• Presenting our products and solutions to customers, architects and design practices

• Close collaboration with our property department, our in-house sales team and internal specialist departments (including product development)

• Professional experience in field sales, the commercial property sector or a similar consultancy-heavy sales role

• Experience in the fields of timber, interior fit-out, architecture, construction products or materials

• A sound technical understanding and the ability to explain complex products in a clear and convincing manner

• A confident and professional manner when dealing with architects, planners and decision-makers

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Germany sales territory
