Yesterday evening, Abbot Nikolaus Thiel OCist from Schlierbach Abbey celebrated the pilgrimage Mass with us in the abbey church. In his sermon, Abbot Nikolaus explained approaches to fasting from a Christian perspective to the many believers who came to this celebration: prayer, fasting, renunciation, almsgiving, charity and moderation. The group "Voice of Family" accompanied the service with great music.
