In Holy Matins on Christmas Day, we celebrate the birth of our Saviour and the great mystery of God's incarnation. In Jesus Christ, God came close to us and gave us hope, comfort and direction. His coming reminds us to take responsibility for one another and to live our faith in everyday life.
The Saviour Jesus Christ came to help us and to motivate us as Christians to lead our fellow human beings to God and to help where we can!
