Today in the convent mass, Abbot Gerhard appointed our confrere Fr Matthew as an acolyte. An important step towards Holy Orders.
"The genuflection, whether beautiful or bumpy, before the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar is not a physical exercise but an expression of adoration," said the abbot in his sermon.
