A special two-wheeler blessing in Frauenberg an der Enns

The prior of the Benedictine monastery in Admont - Fr. Maximilian Schiefermüller - has a one, many young people have one, and older people are now increasingly swearing by its power again. That's right: it's all about the Vespa!

On the day Ascension Day, 09 May 2024a festive Mass will be held in Frauenberg an der Enns (near Admont) at 10.30 a.m. in the parish and pilgrimage church. Another highlight on this holiday is the blessing of Vespas and scooters. May God's blessing accompany the numerous two-wheeled friends on all roads.

And this is how you get to the blessing with your vehicle: 

Drive up to the church, where the two-wheeler can be parked at "Abbot Bruno Platz". After Mass, Father Prior Maximilian will bless all the parked Vespas and scooters. And after an aperitif and refreshments, it'll be time to go on tour.
