What you can expect:

After a thorough basic training with insight into all production steps, you will gradually enter your area of responsibility - you will be assigned to an experienced production manager in production and, after the initial training phase, you will be responsible for the implementation of various projects and lead a team of approx. 10 employees.  

 

  • You monitor and coordinate smooth production processes
  • You ensure that time and quality specifications are met
  • You lead a motivated team and actively develop your colleagues
  • You are part of our continuous improvement process - ideas welcome!
  • You carry out quality checks and monitor raw materials and machine parameters
  • You create work instructions for the respective process sequences.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed wood technology or technical training (e.g. technical college, HTL, similar)
  • Experience in a comparable management position with employee responsibility, as well as an appreciative, positive management style
  • Enthusiasm for production processes and their optimisation
  • A high degree of quality awareness, reliability and personal responsibility
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)

Payment is based on the collective labour agreement for the wood processing industry. (from an average gross monthly salary of € 3,000 on the basis of 167 hours/month) The actual monthly salary depends on qualifications and experience - corresponds to an overpayment in line with the market - and will be determined jointly.
