What you can expect:
After a thorough basic training with an insight into all production steps, you will gradually move into your area of responsibility - you will be assigned to an experienced production manager and, after the initial training phase, you will be responsible for the implementation of various projects and manage a team of around 40 employees.
- You monitor and coordinate smooth production processes
- You ensure that time and quality specifications are met
- You lead a motivated team and actively develop your colleagues
- You are part of our continuous improvement process - ideas welcome!
- You carry out quality checks and monitor raw materials and machine parameters
- You create work instructions for the respective process sequences.
- You liaise closely with production management and meet strategic and technical targets.
- High degree of flexibility with regard to the control and processing of batch size 1 production
What you bring with you:
- Completed wood technology or technical training (e.g. technical college, HTL, similar)
- Several years of experience in a comparable management position with employee responsibility, as well as an appreciative, positive management style
- Enthusiasm for production processes and their optimisation
- A high degree of quality awareness, reliability and personal responsibility
- Motivation for personal and professional development
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)

**Payment is based on the collective labour agreement for the wood processing industry. (from an average gross monthly salary of € 3.610,- based on 167h/month) The actual monthly salary depends on qualifications and experience - corresponds to an overpayment in line with the market - and will be determined jointly.
