What you can expect:
Realisation of projects:
- Ensures an efficient process flow between the individual sub-processes
- Responsible for budgets in the sub-processes
- Leads and supports projects in the organisation independently
- Familiarity with classic construction project management
- Active management of service providers
Planning, monitoring, reporting:
- Ensures an up-to-date data status in all relevant project phases
- Monitors both the quality and quantity of services
- Prepares project reports according to progress (content, budget, time)
- Data preparation of the relevant processes for the strategy and budget process
Target achievement and organisational development:
- Supports the realisation of the vision, mission and strategy in the company
- Ensures a continuous flow of information within the organisation
What you bring with you:
- Degree in civil engineering / architecture / HTL for civil engineering
- Several years of experience in the construction and/or property sector advantageous
- Interest in innovative technologies and digitalisation
- Very good IT skills, excellent German language skills and a structured way of working
