What you can expect:

In this role, you will support the technical processes in production, work closely with the divisional management and contribute your technical understanding and quality awareness to a wide range of tasks. You will support an experienced area manager in production and act as an important interface between purchasing, technology and production. You will help to analyse production processes, implement technical improvements and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

 

- You are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the machines

- You coordinate smooth production processes and support technical work preparation

- You create design drawings for technical conversions (CAD, Auto CAD, 2D) 

- You prepare working documents for the respective process sequences and spare parts lists

- You work closely with the technical purchasing department and liaise with suppliers

- You maintain an overview of the maintenance technology in the IPC maintenance programme

 

What you bring with you:

- Completed technical training (e.g. technical college, HTL, master craftsman) or equivalent training such as a technical apprenticeship with practical relevance and a high level of reliability

- Several years of experience in CAD, Auto CAD, 2D programmes

- Enthusiasm for production processes and their optimisation

- A high degree of quality awareness, reliability and personal responsibility

- Motivation for personal and professional development

- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)

**Payment is based on the collective labour agreement for the wood processing industry (from an average gross monthly salary of € 2,700 based on 167 hours/month). The actual monthly salary depends on qualifications and experience - corresponds to an overpayment in line with the market - and will be determined jointly.
