Another town hall meeting took place today at Admont Abbey - an established format that promotes direct dialogue between management and employees and provides important insights into current developments.
After a welcome from our Abbot Gerhard Hafner O.S.B., Franz Pichler, Director of Economic Affairs, opened the event with a comprehensive presentation on the current and planned projects in the monastery's business operations. It became clear that the economic activities of the abbey are diverse, future-orientated and sustainable.

Christoph Hell, Managing Director of Envesta GmbH, provided information about the rapid expansion of the grid in 2025, which is currently progressing at high speed. This project plays a central role in the future supply of the region and is a prime example of the Stifts' aspirations in terms of economic and social development.
The meeting was rounded off with the latest information from the foundation's property operations, which are also driving forward numerous development projects and investments.
Conclusion: The Townhall Meeting once again underlines the importance of transparent communication within the organisation. It offers all employees the opportunity to find out first-hand about important developments and to experience themselves as part of a larger whole.
We would like to thank all the speakers for their informative insights and look forward to continuing this valuable format!
