What you can expect:

• Primary responsibility for all security matters within the company

• Planning, organising and delivering training sessions 

• Carrying out workplace assessments, risk analyses and accident investigations

• Drawing up and updating operating instructions, safety plans and emergency plans

• Providing support and advice to managers and staff on all matters relating to health and safety at work

• Handling regulatory submissions independently

• Coordination and monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements (Section 82b of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO))

• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines

• Point of contact for public authorities, occupational health specialists and external inspection bodies

• Drawing up and regularly updating the waste management plan

• Monitoring of environmental requirements and key performance indicators

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, university of applied sciences or university)

• Knowledge of Austrian worker protection legislation and relevant legal provisions

• Experience in dealing with public authorities and complying with regulatory requirements would be an advantage

• Professional experience in the field of health and safety would be an advantage

• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work

• Organisational skills, communication skills and team spirit

**For this role, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at €3,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications.
