On 19 June, the solemn pontifical mass took place in Admont Abbey Church on the occasion of the Solemnity of Corpus Christi. Numerous faithful gathered to celebrate the Eucharist together and to express their attachment to the faith. The pontifical mass was celebrated in a festive atmosphere with the participation of the Admont/Hall music band.
Following the mass, the traditional Corpus Christi procession travelled through Admont. Stops were made at several stations to pray for the community, the church and the world.
The festive procession was not only an expression of living faith, but also a visible sign of Christian community and hope.
