Review of the Easter Vigil

Review of the Easter Vigil

On the night from Holy Saturday to Easter Sunday, we were able to experience a deeply moving and hopeful Easter Vigil celebration in the collegiate church.

From darkness to light - together we entered the dark church with the Easter candle, lit lights and listened to the old, ever new message: "Christ is risen!"

The musical programme, the festive ringing of the bells and the fellowship of the many celebrants made this night a special moment of faith and joy.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part and celebrated - whether in the liturgical service, musically or simply through their silent presence.

"The Lord is risen - he is truly risen!"
