"Carinthia and Styria - retold"
On Saturday, 18 October 2025 at 16:00, the author and long-time journalist Johannes Kübeck invites you to the presentation of his new book "Carinthia and Styria - retold" in the monastery cellar of the Benedictine Abbey of Admont.
The book sheds light on surprising and hitherto little-known aspects of the shared history of Carinthia and Styria. Special emphasis is placed on the religious and economic influence of Admont Abbey, which was felt in both provinces for many centuries.
The event offers an opportunity for an in-depth examination of historical contexts and invites people to discuss regional identity, cultural heritage and supra-regional connections.
